WOD classes:
Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the website www.crossfitbuffalo.com. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. The entirety of the class includes group warm up, skill and drills, WOD, and cool down.
Crossfit Essentials:
These classes are the starting point for new members and act as an "on ramp" so to speak leading to the more competetive and advanced WOD classes. These classes are small group, non-competetive, and focus on the learning of the proper form and technique for the majority of our common movements. Other topics covered are proper scaling for various exercises and basics on nutriton and recovery.
Oly' Lift Classes
These classes focus on the refinement of the Olympic or "Oly'" lifts (Snatch and Clean and Jerk) These movements are by far are the most technical in our arsenal of exercises and cause the most degree of apprehension and frustration to both newcomers as well as vets. We will sometimes focus on exercises outside of the Oly' lift realm based on necessity of the group but most often will be addressing these movements and their auxiliary exercises. These classes are run at 5:30 and 6:30 PM on Thursdays

Personal Training:
Personal training is for those individuals who enjoy the benefits and privacy of one on one training or who require maximum attention. Personal training also allows for much more flexibility in your schedule and is offered in both 30 min and one hour sessions.
Group Crossfit Class Rates:
Unlimited Group Crossfit Classes-$200 first month then $150/month thereafter.
Unlimited Group Crossfit Classes Law Enforcement/First Responder/Military -$175 first month then $125/month thereafter.
Unlimited Group Crossfit ClassesStudent(full time, 25 yrs old and under) - $150 first month then $100/month thereafter.
There is NO Contracted time for our memberships. They are month-to-month (30 day notice to cancel)
